Katherine Henderson is a Bedford, Virginia based painter. Formally educated at Brevard College in western North Carolina, Katherine studied sculpture and art history. She is currently pursuing an MFA in painting from Savannah College of Art and Design. Her most recent body of work is predominantly oil painting, with experimental acrylic and resin projects on the side. Currently, her work is transitioning from bright, expressive landscapes to dramatic figurative and narrative paintings.
